chargeMOD Energy Pvt. Ltd. (“chargeMOD”, “we”, “us”) builds EV charging hardware, software, and network services. This policy explains what personal information this website collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. It covers this marketing website only — the chargeMOD mobile app and charging services have their own notices.
Information we collect
We only collect information you choose to give us, plus a small amount of technical data needed to run the site securely:
- Contact enquiries. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, phone number, email address, city, state, and preferred language.
- Job applications. When you apply for a role we collect your name, email, phone number, any résumé or portfolio links you provide, and your message.
- Technical data.To protect our forms from abuse we briefly process your IP address and browser user-agent for rate-limiting. We store your theme preference (light or dark) in your browser’s local storage; it never leaves your device.
How we use it
We use the information above to:
- respond to your enquiry and follow up about our products and services;
- review and process job applications;
- protect the website against spam, fraud, and automated abuse;
- remember your display preferences.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it for advertising profiling.
Who we share it with
We share personal information only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed:
- Customer relationship management. Contact enquiries are forwarded to our CRM provider (GetLead) so our team can respond.
- Infrastructure. Our hosting, database, content delivery (map tiles and station data), and font providers process data on our behalf to deliver the site.
We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our rights and users’ safety.
Data retention
We keep contact enquiries and job applications for as long as needed to handle your request and for a reasonable period afterward for record-keeping, then delete or anonymise them. Rate-limiting data is short-lived and expires automatically.
Your choices & rights
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information you have submitted through this website.
